Booking & Cancellation
How can I book directly?
Booking through our website always gets you the best price — guaranteed. Use the booking form above or get in touch by phone at +43 5558 8291 or by email at info@die-monika.at.
What is the cancellation policy?
For direct bookings: free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. From 30 to 14 days before: 50% of the total price. Less than 14 days before or no-show: 90%. For bookings made through Booking.com or other platforms, their cancellation terms apply. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
Depending on the season, the minimum stay is between 2 and 7 nights. In high season (Christmas, February, July/August) a minimum stay of 7 nights applies; in low season, stays from 2 nights are possible.
How do I pay?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit card, bank transfer and cash. A deposit of 30% of the total price is due upon booking.
Is there a local tourist tax?
On top of the accommodation price, the statutory local tourist tax applies: € 2.70 per person and night (from winter 2026/27: € 3.90). Children under 14 are exempt. The local tourist tax is settled on site and includes the Gästekarte Montafon with free bus travel throughout the entire Montafon.
Arrival & Stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: from 3:00 pm, check-out: by 10:00 am. You can drop off your luggage with us as early as 8:00 am and start your holiday right away. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible subject to availability — just ask us.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available right at the building. E-charging stations are located nearby in the centre of Gaschurn.
How do I get there by public transport?
Take the Montafonerbahn to Schruns, then the Landbus 650 directly to Gaschurn. The bus stop is about 200 m from the aparthotel. With the Gästekarte Montafon you travel for free throughout the entire Montafon.
Apartments & Amenities
Are the apartments equipped with a kitchen?
Yes, all apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and all the crockery and cutlery you need. You can cater for yourself completely.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and common areas.
Which apartments have a private sauna?
Several of our suites have a private sauna — either as an outdoor sauna on the balcony or terrace with mountain views, or as an indoor sauna in the bedroom. When booking, you'll see the exact amenities for each suite.
Is there a sports storage room?
Yes, a lockable, heated sports storage room with a private equipment locker is available to all guests year-round — for skis, boards, e-bikes and hiking gear. The Versettlabahn is just 150 m away.
Services & Extras
Is breakfast available?
We don't have a classic breakfast room — instead we offer our bread roll service: through our regional delivery service you can order fresh bread rolls, pastries and regional products straight to your apartment door. On top of that, every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, and the SPAR supermarket is a 2-minute walk away.
Are the apartments cleaned?
On arrival, your apartment is freshly cleaned with fresh linens. During your stay we offer an interim cleaning service on request (for a fee). You can pick up fresh towels at reception anytime.
Is there a guest card?
Yes, as a guest you'll receive the Gästekarte Montafon. With it you travel for free on all buses in the Montafon, get discounts at the mountain railways and free entry to museums and swimming pools.
Can bread rolls or groceries be ordered?
Yes, we're happy to arrange a bread roll service for the next morning. We'll also let you know about the nearest shopping options — the SPAR in Gaschurn is 200 m away.
Pets & Other
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are warmly welcome in selected apartments with prior notice. A cleaning fee of € 80 per stay applies. Please let us know when booking that you're bringing a dog. We're happy to provide dog bags and bowls.
Is there a cot or high chair?
Yes, we provide cots (up to 3 years) and high chairs free of charge. Please let us know when booking so everything is ready.
Is the aparthotel accessible?
The ground floor and the lift are accessible. Please contact us in advance so we can reserve a suitable apartment for you.
